Commercial Insurance Customer Portal

This Fortune 100 client needed to redesign their customer portal while migrating it to the cloud. Because the portal had to support many different users with different needs, they weren’t sure how to start.

I guided the team in developing enough research and product strategy to start building valuable product, without boiling the ocean. My continuous strategy framework led to the iterative development of a portal with excellent user feedback and solid digital adoption outcomes. In fact, the mobile-friendly Injured Worker portal within this program won a Business Insurance Innovation Award.
